Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Should you wish to start a return, you can contact us at sales@luredbylenny.com.  If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning goods. LuredbyLenny returns is based in Australia.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Please contact us in the first instance if you have a problem with your order, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges (if applicable)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return for the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow an appropriate amount of time for the refund to be received and inspected before contacting us. Please also note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example perishable goods or custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please contact us should you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
